I am a teacher and trainer (super trainer) of Face Yoga, certified byDanielle Collins And I am honored to be the first super trainer certified by Danielle Collins* in Italy and also the only Italian language.

I am also certified teacher of Gua Sha Method Hayo'u and Danielle Collins.

I love face yoga and gua shaha and I love to teach and share them with those who are passionate about natural and holistic techniques and who want to appear and always be better naturally.

Practical and deeply appreciate all aspects of the FY, including wellness techniques: relaxation, energy breathing and food care.

I have a degree in biology and I have a doctorate of research in forensic sciences. After many years spent working as a physical and forensic anthropologist - by having a research, working on archaeological excavations and forming tesser- I have diskaized and shared my two passions: beauty and well -being.

My scientific and teaching background gave me an extra charge to practice, understand and teach the FY in a complete and in -depth way.

I am a passionate, careful and helpful teacher and I can't wait to share my passion with customers and future teachers.

Ah ... I forgot, I am an instructor of Pilates, certified by the FIF (Italian Fitness Federation) and in my courses I also propose postural exercises aimed at improving the health of the back and neck.
