Workshop: discover Face Yoga - Parco Sempione and Parco. Lambro, Milan (Italy)

During these 1 hour workshops we will discover what Face Yoga is and why it works, we will workout through facial exercises and massages, we will work on some acupressure points and we will relax facial muscle with breath aid.

You will need a mat, a towel, wet wipes to clean your hands, and oil or a moisturizing cream. Wear something comfortable.
