Workshop: discover Face Yoga - Parco Sempione and Parco. Lambro, Milan (Italy)

In these workshops we will discover together what is and how facial yoga works, we will do breathing exercises, exercises and facial massages, we will discover some fasting points and finally we will relax the facial muscles with the help of breathing.

The workshops are scheduled for the summer 2023 at the Sempione Park and the Lambro Park in Milan. Write me to receive more information and to book your place.
