One to One Face Yoga Class - Package of 4 individual classes (1x60 min.+3x30 min.)

This package includes a first 60 minutes session and 3 following 30 minutes sessions each. This package will allow you to learn the personalized techniques, that you will apply by yourself in the comfort of your home. This package will give you enough time and space to get used to FY and introduce it in your beauty daily routine. During this course we will go through facial exercises and massages, acupressure and relaxation techniques. I will prepare a personalized program, developed on your specific needs, and a video tutorial.

Sessions can be arranged on-line or in person in Milan (Italy). Please add 10 euros to the price of in studio sessions.
