This group course is designed for all those who cannot be constant in the practice of facial yoga at home.

For this I propose this One month:

4 Live Dating Online on 45 minutes Zoom, Every Wednesday from 9.15 pm to 22:00

By enrolling in this course you can participate in all lessons on Wednesday evening live on zoom.

I will send you the Link to the registration of the lesson (even if I don't be able to participate live); This link will last a week. 

The Face Yoga sessions on Wednesday evening are the purpose of

1) toning the face muscles and pulling on the falling skin

2) Reduce the wrinkles and lines of the face and neck

3) Prevent the formation of wrinkles and facial and neck lines

4) lighting the color of the skin

5) improve lymphatic circulation and reduce swelling, bags and dark circles

6) Relax your body and your mind with relaxing breathing 

The course will take place online on Zoom.

Every week you will receive a zoom link to participate in the lesson. In the first email, a form to fill out will be attached.

WHEN

Everything is fine Wednesday  from 9.15 pm to 22:00, for forty -five minutes dedicated exclusively to you, to your beauty and your well -being.
