Collection: One to One Face Yoga Sessions

These individual sessions are intended to dedicate full attention to your specific facial and wellness issues. In one to one sessions you will: get an initial consultation to set your goals, receive a specific training to do the exercises by yourself, have time to ask questions about Face Yoga practice, receive personalized wellbeing tips, receive a video or a written document with your personalized Face Yoga program.

Each session will provide

- breathing and relaxation exercises

- facial exercises and facial massages

- personalized program training 

- facial relaxation exercises 

- wellbeing tips

You can decide upon a single session or you can choose to buy a package of sessions.

We can meet us on-line or in person in Milan (Italy).
